As Founder Associate, You’ll work directly with Lou (Co-Founder, Sales & MarkCom) as her strategic and operational right hand.
Your role is transversal: part deal-maker, part operator, part strategist.
You’ll support every stage of our partnerships with Maisons — from prospecting and negotiation to operational deployment and long-term success.
In short: you’ll help close, launch, and grow the world’s most prestigious luxury clients.
Responsabilités
1. Strategy & Business Operations
Contribute to the definition and follow-up of strategic plans across Sales, Account Management, and Marketing/Communication.
Support the founder in building KPI frameworks, performance dashboards, and operational roadmaps.
Structure internal processes to improve efficiency, visibility, and accountability across teams.
Participate in the preparation of board and investor materials.
2. Sales & Business Development
Prepare and participate in strategic and commercial meetings with luxury Maisons (C-level, Operations, etc.).
Build and adapt business cases, pricing models, and negotiation deliverables.
Follow up on leads and ensure flawless execution from prospecting to signature.
Contribute to the evolution of the Sales Playbook and overall deal process.
3. Project Management & Onboarding
Lead the onboarding of new Maisons — from contract signature to go-live.
Coordinate cross-functional workstreams (Legal, Tech, Insurance, Client Success, Communication, etc.).
Manage timelines, roadmaps, milestones, and client meetings (Kick-offs, SteerCos, Workshops).
Ensure a smooth, high-standard experience that reflects the excellence of each Maison.
4. Customer Success & Continuous Improvement
Act as a key point of contact post-launch, ensuring satisfaction, performance tracking, and issue resolution.
Collect and analyze KPI data (activation rate, client feedback, incidents, usage, etc.).
Prepare MBR/QBR meetings and identify upsell or scope-extension opportunities.
Coordinate with the product and operations teams to continuously improve the client journey.
5. Marketing & Strategic Communication
Support the founder and the team in brand partnerships, press activations, and strategic content (Podcast du Luxe, case studies, etc.).
Align the commercial and communication narratives of GRACE for maximum impact.
Produce and improve strategic materials: launch decks, product sheets, PR toolkits, template, etc..
Profile
Required
2–3 years of experience in strategy consulting or project management (luxury, tech, insurance, or similar fields).
Strong analytical and communication skills; ability to synthesize and structure.
Proven ability to manage projects end-to-end and interact with senior stakeholders.
Entrepreneurial mindset: proactive, autonomous, flexible, and curious.
Perfectly fluent in French and English (oral and written).
Demonstrates radial ownership and honesty
Preferred
Experience in a fast-paced environment (startup, consulting, or innovation).
Sensitivity to luxury codes and high client standards.
Interest in tech, innovation, and business strategy.
Comfortable presenting to C-level executives and writing in PowerPoint / Notion / Microsoft-Suite.
